This research was conducted to determine the effect of Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) on blood glucose, total protein, triglyceride, and cholesterol levels in rats for that experimental hypothyroidism induced. A 32 healthy adult male Wistar Albino were used as a material research. After adaptation period animals ten days, main three weeks. The housed four each cage during divided into groups control (K), CoQ10 (C), Hypothyroid (H), CoQ10+Hypothyroid (CH). administered intraperitoneally every day group C animals.
